The workflow
End-to-end path we are building — scroll sideways on smaller screens. Flow reads left to right.
1
Receive the work
Assignments land in a clear queue: address, unit, HQS or NSPIRE, optional window. No full scheduling engine to fight.

Set up unit & rooms
Confirm the property, map rooms on a simple canvas, estimate sq ft when needed (AR, optional photo AI, or type it in).

Capture in the field
Experimental: photo → mark → short deficiency list (still rough). Review/redact before store. Offline-capable sync when solid.
4
Review & complete
Walk the record, notes, complete. Supervisors can flag findings with notes and push alerts.
5
Return completed work
Transmit queue, pull-back when needed, web portal with marked photos and deficiency names for office and HA staff.
